Aurex Black Reserve Terms & Services
Important disclosure: Aurex Black Reserve is a demo-account challenge, simulated-trading, market-practice, and skill-development platform. All account balances, funded-style buying power, profit/loss, certificates, rankings, challenge results, executions, fills, drawdown limits, and dashboard metrics are simulated or virtual unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
Demo Account Notice
All displayed balances are prop-style virtual balances. The platform does not hold, custody, invest, transfer, or trade customer funds through the user dashboard. Users practice strategies inside a friendly game-theme market environment with strict funded-style rules, drawdown controls, and challenge milestones.
No Investment Advice
Nothing on this platform is financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, futures, forex, crypto, options, or trading advice. Market data and dashboard analytics are informational and may be delayed, simulated, estimated, cached, or supplied by third parties.
Challenge Rules and Certificates
Users may complete challenge tabs, climb leaderboards, and unlock a redeemable certificate of completion. Certificates are achievement records inside the platform and do not guarantee funding, payouts, trading profits, employment, investment approval, licensing, or future market performance.
Risk and Market Disclosure
Real-world trading in securities, options, futures, forex, crypto, and other instruments involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of capital. Past results, simulated returns, demo performance, leaderboard rank, certificate completion, or challenge success do not guarantee future results.
Florida and California Notice
These terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable United States law and consumer-protection principles, including laws that may apply to users located in Florida and California. The platform is designed as a simulated educational/evaluation experience, not as a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, investment adviser, bank, exchange, custodian, clearing firm, money transmitter, or financial institution. Users are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to their location and activity.
Account Access and Administrative Controls
Accounts are created through the protected administrator panel or approved checkout flow. The platform may suspend, lock, review, reset, or terminate accounts for drawdown breaches, rule violations, inaccurate information, abuse, unauthorized access, chargebacks, fraudulent payment proof, automation, scraping, tampering, or any activity that threatens platform integrity.
Payment and Crypto Checkout
Crypto checkout submissions may require manual or automated review. Uploading a screenshot does not by itself prove payment. Aurex may verify wallet address, amount, transaction timing, network, and account details before granting or maintaining access. Sending funds to the wrong network or address may result in permanent loss.
Data Suppliers and Third Parties
Data suppliers, crypto routes, charting services, analytics providers, or reseller names referenced on the site are used for informational, routing, or marketplace presentation purposes. Third-party services have their own terms, availability, and limitations. Aurex is not responsible for outages, stale data, provider errors, or third-party actions.
User Conduct
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, exploit, resell, or interfere with the platform.
- Do not fabricate payment proof, manipulate results, share accounts, bypass drawdown rules, or attack the system.
- Do not rely on demo metrics as proof of real-world profitability.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful activity.
Final Review
This terms page is a launch-ready product disclosure template for a simulated challenge platform. Before taking payments at scale or advertising funding outcomes, have qualified Florida and California counsel review the final public terms, payment flow, refund policy, privacy policy, and marketing claims.
